✦ THE INSPIRATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This collection was created around the idea of an old botanist's Christmas herbarium — delicate winter specimens gathered from a quiet European garden and preserved within the pages of an antique sketchbook.
Instead of typical modern holiday icons, the collection focuses entirely on the natural language of Christmas.
Evergreen branches bring traditional winter character. Holly and mistletoe introduce instantly recognizable festive symbolism. Poinsettia and hellebore provide elegant floral focal points, while rosehips, hawthorn berries, juniper and ivy add the slightly wild, romantic quality of a winter garden.
Together, the twelve illustrations create a cohesive botanical library that feels nostalgic, refined and timeless.

✦ CREATE YOUR OWN COMPOSITIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Because every plant is supplied as a separate transparent PNG, you are not limited to premade arrangements.
Layer pine, cedar and juniper around typography to build an organic Christmas border.
Pair poinsettia with delicate lettering for an elegant greeting card.
Place mistletoe above a wedding monogram.
Use holly or rosehip as a small accent on menus and place cards.
Combine several evergreen specimens to create your own wreath or garland.
Use a single branch on minimalist packaging for a sophisticated seasonal detail.
Create coordinating stationery by using a different botanical specimen across invitations, envelopes, menus, tags and thank-you cards.
The transparent format gives you the flexibility to make the artwork your own while maintaining a cohesive hand-drawn aesthetic.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ A TIMELESS FINE-LINE STYLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The artwork combines inspiration from:
Antique botanical studies
Old herbarium illustrations
European Christmas traditions
Winter woodland foliage
Natural history drawings
Vintage holiday stationery
Delicate pencil sketching
Romantic seasonal design
The illustrations intentionally retain the subtle irregularities and organic character associated with hand-drawn artwork rather than the rigid appearance of perfectly geometric vector graphics.
The black fine-line treatment makes the collection easy to incorporate into both elaborate vintage layouts and clean contemporary designs.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ HIGH-RESOLUTION 300 DPI
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
All artwork is supplied at high resolution and 300 DPI, making the files suitable for a wide variety of digital and printed creative projects.
For the best printing results, always work from the original high-resolution files and ensure that your chosen printer or printing service supports PNG artwork.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ FULLY TRANSPARENT BACKGROUNDS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Every illustration is provided as a PNG with a fully transparent background.
There is no white rectangle surrounding the artwork.
This allows you to easily place the botanicals over:
Colored backgrounds
Textured paper

Invitations
Typography

Digital layouts
Your own artwork
Please make sure the software or application you use supports PNG transparency.
